Sir,
I try to book e ticket on 14/june/2016 from sbc to tpj on two time. The transaction has failed, but the amount has taken from my account, after send complaint to [protected]@irctc.In one amount has credited, but 2nd failed transaction amount has not cleared. Find the attachment of my bank statement scan copy please refund the same amount.
