Irctc — not refunding my amount

I was booking two ticket through Irctc after that i had cancelled both tickets on[protected] at 12.30 pm
but have not refund in my A/c till now. My transaction ID-[protected] AND [protected]
I need refund.

Therefore i request kindly Do the need full,
