Irctc — Online Ticket not refunded | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am This is to inform you that my name is Sumit Gupta booked my tickets from NZM to NK and back NK to NZM on 16 March 2015. I was travelled as per schedule on 20March2015 from NZM to NK, but due to some personal reasons i could not travel on 23Mar2015 i.e NK to NZM. I was tried to cancel it online but due to some errors on IRCTC site I cud not cancel the ticket on same day before prepairing chart. I was than file the TDR on 25March with the reason for TDR: Unable to cancel due to error message received from PRS system. After few days it was repudiated by IRCTC. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.Details as follows: PNR [protected] Transaction ID [protected] Cancel ID [protected] TDR Status TDR Repudiate.
