Irctc — Parcel not received | |||
Hi, Having good faith in IRCTC I booked a parcel on 15th June, 2015 by Ferozpur janata express from Valsad to Mathura. It was supposed to be delivered to mathura the next day. However when it was not received at mathuta and when I tried to trace back I found it was sent to Mumbai. After following up on that they promised deliver the parcel at mathura station on 22.06.2015. Again after cross checking with the staff I got an excuse that the parcel was under heavy load and they could not take it out within the time before train left and now it has reached Ferozpur. It has become more of frustration with going and checking for the same at Mathura station again and again apart from the inconvenience caused due to non delivery of the parcel. This is the reason I have to stay in Mathura till I get the parcel. It has already been about a week. The parcel is moving to every place except the destined station. Please look into this as soon as possible. Consignment number is: [protected] These small negligences and cold behavior by staff are turning out to be disastrous for people like us.
