Irctc — Pathetic service and arrangements at jaipur retiring room | |||
I, alongwith my family, ie, my wife and a three n alf years daughter had visited Jaipur on 16 th n 17 th January and stayed in your "deluxe" retiring room.I had booked it through your web portal and for two days, it had costed me Rs 4500.00 for two days. To tell it in the mildest term, it was one of the most pahetic room one can stay.Mind you, it was a DELUXE room, however, no AC was working, only a poorly working heater was provided, the bed sheets were dirty and were changed only after repeated persuasion.On second day of our stay the room was not even cleaned.the bathroom was so dirty that no decent person could use that.I am enclosing the photographs of dirty mug and the contaminated water being supplied. I have already lodged a complaint available with the station master there, though i have yet to receive any reply. Now, please pay attention to what i am writing:rooms with this kind of facilities are available at less then Rs 500 or Rs 700 a day, so, why should i pay you the amount which i had paid.So, i want two things from you; 1.Please improve the facilities in the said room at the earliest, considering the fact that Jaipur is one of the most important tourist destination, including foreigners. 2.Refund me the entire amount and a suitable amount of compensation immediately, lest i should be forced to go to consumer court.
