Respected sir/madam, During the tatkal booking hours of around 10 a.m. on date 22/06/2015, I was trying to book a tatkal ticket for 12289 CSTM-NGP Duronto Express for the journey date of 23/06/2015.The transaction ID is-[protected].The ticket was not booked but the money was debited from my bank account.Kindly see through that the money is returned back to my bank account. .
