[Resolved]  Irctc — Please make tatkal service more efficient.

Respected Sir/Mam, I had to book a ticket today via tatkal. I finished all the procedures including payment and even the cash got deducted from my account but before the final step i got a error saying 'error please try after some time'.After that again i could not try booking because again a error message came up saying 'Only two tatkal tickets can be booked between 10-12 in one IP address'.Then how am i supposed to book?. By the time i booked via another IP address from a different place the tickets ended up in waiting list. This is really very bad. Instead of making it for convenience its leading to more trouble. Please make sure the tatkal service doesent give such errors and hope u will reduce the difficulty and do the needfull. Thank You
