[Resolved] Irctc — Poor service and food quality | |||
I want to register a complaint for Pantry Car contractor for the train 12368 Vikramshila express for the date 31st October 2014. The dinner served while travelling in IRCTC as premium range (meal on wheels) charging INR 95 was really bad. It served only 10gm paneer sabzi and watery dal with two small chapaties and rice, which is insufficient for one person. Additionally, the quality was very poor. My experience was really bad and I urge you to kindly take an adequate action and make sure that such instance is not repeated in future.
