I TRAVELLDE FROM MALDA TO KAYAMKULAM WITH PNR NO [protected], IN THIS TICKET WHEN I BOOKED THIS TICKET IN WAITING STATUS OF 04 PERSONS, AT THE TRAVELLED TIME ONLY ONE TICKET CONFIRM AND OTHER TICKET ON WAITING AS PER I KNOW INTERNET TICKET CANCELLED AUTOMATIC IF TICKET NOT CONFIRM .
AFTER 20 DAYS WHEN REFUND AMOUNT NOT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT I TALK CUSTOMER CARE HELP THEN THEY REPLY I CAN NOT REFUND
KINDLY TRY TO REFUND MY AMOUNT I AM NORMAL CONDITION PERSON .I CAN NOT PERMIT THAT AMOUNT TO ADJUST MY PAY
