Irctc — refumnd of ticket due to cancellation of train

Dear Sir, Ihave booked e ticket vide transaction no [protected], PNR no [protected]in train 12030 ( SWARN SHATABDI ) from JUC to LDH to travel on 28-Apr-2015. But train was declared as cancelled and ticket amount will be credited in the credit card account within three days.but still amount of Rs 704/- has not been credited. Pls do the needful immediately.
