Irctc — refund against unwanted tatkaal booked e ticket | |||
Dear sir, I have booked a ticket in tatkal, after payments done by net banking the website stopped responding.I didnot get any message that ticket has been booked immediately. Since I need the ticket urgently I again booked the ticket with the same name, same ID, same date, same train. this time the transaction was successful. Now when i checked, found that the earlier ticked was also booked. I immediately cancelled one ticket. Due to the website response I lost the payments for which I am requesting them for a refund. I am asking for the refund as the website stopped responding . I am not asking for the tatkal refund as i also knew that tatkal ticket payments is not refundable. I am asking for the refund for wrong booked ticket. If one ticket already booked with all the same details the website should not book another ticket of same details, same name, age, ID proof, same train etc. If IRCTC is not refunding means a person can book as many ticket as he can, with only one id, one name, same age, same train. Mr.Brkhan the same incident was happen to my friend parents, but they return their money but which they were get down in middle of villupuram.I request you to contact near rail way station.I hope you may chance to get your money
