Irctc — refund amount not credited in bank account

Dear sir, I am cancelled three E-tickets on[protected]. But amount refunded for one ticket only. Another two tickets amount not credit in my account. Cancelled tickets ID no-[protected], another ID no-[protected]. Please take action and refund my amount immediately. Thank You
