Irctc — Refund is not processed for TDR Filed | |||
I have filed the TDR against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Train Diverted And Passenger Not Travelled", has been filed and the Reference No for this is :[protected]. Initially the status of my TDr was CR and didnt get changed after that for months. Now IRCTC has cleaned all my TDR and booking history without informing me. I filed the TDR within mentioned time frame thats is 72 hours for cancelled/Diverted trains. I have been constantly following up with IRCTC custoemer care on mail, but everytime they give me different excuse. Also they are not explaining why my booking history has been cleaned from my account without informing me. I have attached the TDR details snapshot. Please try to resolve my issue becuase due to this cancellation of train without any prior information i had to suffer a lot and due to it my flight got also missed. On top of that, they are not refunding my money for the ticket booked. Was this information helpful? | |||

still no updates received from IRCTC.

the ignorance by IRCT team is too much now. they are giving no updates at all even after sending so many mails to them.
And some fraud people are taking advantages of posting my complaint over this forum and giving fake calls to me to get my debit card details for IRCTC refund . Please suggest what action should i take again IRCTC team.
