Irctc — Refund not issued | |||||
Respected sir, I tried to book a ticket on 3rd june 2016 for a journey from quilon to ottapalam station with irctc's official app - 'irctc connect'. unfortunately during the transaction process some error occurred and the booking couldnt be completed. but an amount of rs.597 was debitted from my father's account. when i tried to get the train no. from the app i was shocked to know that its not even in the failed transaction list. the txn no of the transaction is:[protected]. please do something to initiate the refund process.
