Irctc — Refund not received for cancelled ticket | |||
I cancelled ticket against PNR - [protected] on 4th May 2015 The refund of Rs 1495 is still not credited in my account On contacting IRCTC customer care - they say - that money is already refunded and I need to contact the concerned bank - the bank staff says that they have not received any refund. IRCTC has no clear explanation of what exactly is happening Please refund my amount and stop harassing consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
