Pnr: [protected] Train no 12247 Journey date:[protected] No of passengers: 1 Quota: premium tatkal Booking id: [protected] The train got canceled and we were informed at the station's customer desk that the amount would get refunded on its own as it was an eticket. After 2 days we got a message from irctc asking us to cancel it manually to get the refund. Canceling it after journey date was not possible and did not refund the complete amount of the new ticket.
