1. This is in regards to PNR#[protected] and transaction ID[protected] travel date was on
16th november. There were 2 passengers 1st passenger was confirmed and second passenger was on
waiting which did not get confirmed. First passenger did ask the ticket checker in train for
non travelling certificate but he failed to provide that, stating indian railways does not
provide any sort of certificate like this for the tickets booked through IRCTC portal.
2. We did file the TDR on same day i.e. on 16.11.2014 at 12 O' Clock in the noon within 2
hours of the departure of the train no 12142 from Patna Jn and then called on your customer
care number. executive told me just mark an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in and keep
[protected]@irctc.co.in in cc and after that I got system generated massage.
3. The TDR filled was repudiated by the Railways, stating failed to collect TDR/TTE
certificate/GC.
4. We booked another ticket under tatkal facility for the passenger whose ticket remained wait
listed on 17th Nov. for travel on 18th Nov. PNR no [protected] and transaction
ID[protected] . That is simply a proof of that passenger 2 was not travelling with that
train. I understand irctc have policies of non travelling certificate but what could be done
at that time if TC was denied to provide that.
5. I have filed TDR within 2 hours of actual departure time of train that is 11. 14am and I
sent an email to you at 12.42 of same date from the same email id I have that email in my
inbox which is clearly showing that I filed tdr and passenger 1 requested to TC for the non
traveling certificate which was denied by him.
6.All customer care numbers getting not reachable. I have sent email with attachment but
didnt get reply.
7. My Irctc Id is "abhi_fanaa" in which all booking details that can be used as a proof and the genuineness of the complaint.
I am expecting a positive response on this please do the needful as soon as possible.
