Irctc — Refund of amount of rs. 1313 for which no ticket us confirmed. | |
On 5.01.2017, I tried to book online ticket through IRCTC app from Bangalore to belgaum and the amount of Rs. 1313 was deducted from my account I.e. SBI internet bank., but no ticked was generated. Instead it redirected me to make re-payment as the previous payment was failed. So again I booked my online ticket for rs. 925. This time the online ticket was generated and the amount of rs. 925 was also deducted. Till today no information has been received for my amount of Rupees 1313. Hence it is requested to look into the matter and do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |
