Irctc — REFUND OF ETICKET CANCELLED BY RAILWAY ITSELF

Dear Sir/Madam
The train 12909 & PNR NO.[protected] DT.23/05/2015 was cancelled by Railway Dept. without Sending SMS to customer.We scheduled our Tour to Shimla through other Route.We took Rajdhani Train by paying 8500 for 2 seats.We asked Tc Mr. Sanjay Sharma about Refund of our Eticket, he told Railway will Automatically refund in your Bank Account as its Railways Mistake. We returned from tour on 6th June'15 & immediately mailed IRCTC for refund.If Railway is responsible for cancelling the train due to uncertainity(their own problem) then it should refund the money automatically into customers respective Bank account or send SMS "pls cancel your ETicket same day". No SMS & NO REFUND. IT IS SERIOUS MISTAKE OF IRCTC.IRCTC IS NOW NOT READY TO REFUND.
Kindly look into this matter seriously.
