i had booked online ticket in shanghamitra express(12296) for the date 6th july. But my train got cancel. Regarding my refund, I had talked with customer care guys. I had asked that do I need to cancel my ticket, but they told me that no need to cancel ticket because my train has been cancelled, so I will automatically get my refund. Today again I talked with customer care guys. Now they are telling me to file TDR. I tried to file TDR but my transaction id is not in the search result. So, i am unable to file TDR. Its very difficult to talk with customer care guys & their response are also very pathetic. Without resolving the issue they use to cut calls. Below is my transaction details:-
