Irctc — Refund rejected by irctc for the late arrival of train for more than 12 hrs

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from Katpadi Junction KPD to KSR Bengaluru Railway station journey date 07th Sept 2023, but the train got late from more than 12 hours. I had filed the TDR on the same day at07- September 2023 at 15:47 HRS. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.
