Passenger was my father & my wife they are still at Jabalpur
they never traveled on the date. Inquire again who traveled...This is very Unfair/Cheating by railway...please tell me what should i do?

I filed the TDR in month of January 2015 which has following complaint ID [protected]
[protected].
Although, more than two month have passed there is no any response from irctc.
amid, I send few mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no response.
