Irctc — Regarding Water Bottle Sold in Chennai Beach Railway Station

I bought Rail Water at IRTC sale Depo situated at Chennai Beach Railway Station Platform Number 8 on 31.05.2015 at 9 AM. After I bought Water Bottle I got train to Velachery Train and in enroute I tried to open the bottle and I found it was not sealed and in open condition and while drinking the water I found that it was used bottled and refilled with local water and sold to me. I am sure that it is local water refilled by the shop in charge. But I have no evidence to prove it right now. Since i drink the water and thrown the bottle in the en route itself. But you can found out this fraud by checking surprise visit to the shop and check all bottles in the fridge at random visit and found out yourself or you can check the camera placed in the platform and you can watch the vedio recorded in that, so that you can catch how this kind of water are coming to this shop. On next day i mean 1st June 2015, evening at 7.20 pm I had a quarel with that shop people they claimed that the water bottle was sold to one guy and he has no cash to pay and we taken back from him but water is original only, they agreed that the water bottled sold to me is unsealed condition but water is original only.
