Irctc — seat allocation to senior citizens | |||
PNR No.[protected] Train 22650 DOJ 05/06/2015 fo myself and my wife under senior citizen quota.Recently it was announced by irctc that more than 50% lower berths will be allotted to senior citizens. But in my case one is upper berth and another is side upper. As we could not travel in upper berth I immediately cancelled the tickets. But the cancellation charge is (367.47-225) Rs.142.47. Please clarify what is the actual charges for cancellation? Why lower berths are not allotted when there is more than 200 berths available? Please clarify. Was this information helpful? | |||
