IRCTC Tatkal Booking — tatkal booking failed and money deducted from debit card

Respected sir/madam,

I was trying to book a railway ticket using my debit card, it was failed transaction. But money got deducted from debit card.
Total amount deducted: 1120 rs and transaction failed id : [protected]n, transaction date : 01 oct
I was emailed on [protected]@irctc.co.in and tried to call irctc helpline[protected], but no response.
Please help me.
