Irctc — TDR filed on time still no refund of money

I filed 2 TDR for two tickets below: Transaction ID: [protected] and [protected]. However, reason for not refunding given is Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY which is not acceptable as I filed these TDR's on same day before departure of train which was delayed for more than 8 hours Please refund my hard earned money.
