Irctc — tdr filed refund not recd

I have booked a tkt form Tirupathi to Annavaram for travel on[protected]. The PNR No was [protected] for 4 tkts. However upto the departure no tkt was confirmed. The tkts were in Wait List. However at the last moment one tkt was moved to RAC. We have cancelled the tkt on 13.12.2014 it self. We have filed TDR also. On verification from the site it was noticed that, C R was registered for passenger 1 and cancelled for passenger 2. passengers 3 and 4 was as booked. We have not yet received the refund amt. We request you to kindly look into and process the refund amount through our bank account immediately. Pl do the needful. B Sreenivas Rao [protected]
