Irctc — TDR Process but not refunded till date ( more than 4 monthO

Dear Sir, I filed TDR on 2nd Aug 2014 for Train No./ Name: 12151/SAMARSATA EXP PNR no [protected] as train was late more then 3 hrs. I spoke to customer care but they told railways has not verified. So as it will be done fare will be return to my account. Sir, requesting to verify and refund as this case is almost more then 3 months. TDR Filing Date: 02-Aug-2014 01:33:26 HRS TDR Status: CR Registered Cancellation ID: [protected] TDR Zone: SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY (SE) Registration No: BSE060814W04203 Please do the needful at earliest, Regards, Amlan Adhikary +91-[protected] Replied got from tdrprocess tdrprocess To me 11 Nov Dear customer, Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. [protected] is being dealt by CCM/NR Railway.As per the policy framed by Railway Board, refund is processed by the Zonal Railway under whose jurisdiction destination station of the train falls. IRCTC only provides access to Railway Passenger Reservation system through its server & Internet connectivity to book the ticket through it. Railway & IRCTC are different entities. TDR’s filed by the customers are directly dealt by the concerned Railway for decision. IRCTC has no role in deciding the refund. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the User’s account through same payment gateway which was used while making booking.
