Irctc — TDR Refund not received even after a month has been passed

On 19th June 2015 have booked tickets from Mumbai to Pune in 11301/Udyan Express under Tatkal quota for travelling date 20th June 2015. Due to heavy rains so many trains were being fully cancelled or partially cancelled. Udyan Express for 20th June 2015 was partially cancelled and I have filed TDR for the same on 20th June 2015 before only. Til date I have not received refund amount in my account. One side Railways claim for TDR refund within 7-15 days and here it is being 30 days have been passed and status is showing CR Registered. Pnr nos : [protected] /[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Please do something.
