IRCTC - TDR — Refund not yet received for TDR filed

I have booked a ticket from JHANSI JN (JHS) to YESVANTPUR JN (YPR) with train No. 12630 and date of boarding was 05.08.2015. But train was diverted from New Delhi and it didn't reached boarding station (JHANSI) due to train accident happened at Harda in M.P. I have file TDR on 05-Aug-2015 14:01:23 HRS. My TDR status shows CR Registered. I contact many time with customer care throgh email but no response till date.
