Irctc — TDR Refund Process-Amount Not Refunded | |||
Booked Premium Tatkal Ticket from Miraj (MRJ) to Chalisgaon (CSN ) on 21-Apr-2015 Travel date 22-Apr-2015, but the train was cancelled due to ITCTC technical Problems, no intimation given to passengers near by 2 hrs I was waiting on station after that come to know train was cancelled, & not an process given for refund process on ticket so I asked station master ( Station help center ) they said automatically refund will be deposited in your bank account. After few days I come to know there is hugh process of refund, to file TDR after that confirmation from zone, etc. So immediately I file TDR & it was rejected due to restriction of 72hrs. So I requested them to refund due to IRCTC mistake because I was ready to travel but train was canceled and not an intimation to passengers.
