[Resolved]  Irctc — TDR rejected because of mistake at TT end

Hello, I had booked a ticket (PNR no [protected]) to travel from Ajmer(Aii) to Jaipur (JP) on 24th Feb 2014 but i could not travel, so i filed a TDR on same day i.e. 24th Feb 2014. However the TDR has been rejected on 22-Apr-2014 with the reason "No EDR has been filed against this particular PNR". If the TT did not file an exception data report then why am I being penalized ? Kindly process the TDR and refund the appropriate amount to my account. The Details are as under.
