Irctc — TDR rejected even I did not travel

I would like to compalin about TDR amount not refunded for the ticket I did not travel on. I booked normal ticket for me and my wife from pondicherry to bangalore it was waiting to confirm, later I thought it will not be confirmed and I booked another ticket for both o[censored]s under Tatkal reservation. At the time of chart preparing both tickets got confirmed, then I traveled using Tatkal ticket and filed TDR for normal ticket.
