Irctc — TDR status showing CR Repudiate

I have filed TDR. Their transaction ID is mentioned below Till date
have not got refund. Still showing status is CR Repudiate.

Kindly look into this matter

and I fill TDR form at 15:23 pm.
Why TDR status showing CR Repudiate ????????
