Irctc — The amount credited without the the ticket being booked. But even after two days there is no refund. | |||
Dear Patron, I had tried to book the ticket for journey from hosur to Satur. But during my first attempt the payment got debited but the ticket was not booked. So I made a re attempt for the booking and second booking was successful. So I paid twice for the same journey due to technical fault in IRCTC app. I ve attached the payment detail for the failure booking in which you can find cheque/ref number and narration number. Pls check with it and arrange me the refund asap. Expecting the cordial and mutual reply asap. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
