Irctc — Ticket booked but not available in history

Dear Sir, I booked 2 sleeper class tickets (Senior Citizens category) from tiruchirapally to Bangalore for 16th August 2014. My money from my account has been deducted but the ticket has not been booked. Please look into the matter & rectify the issue immediately.

Please check your Print Ticket option you can see the ticket.

Hi, Kindly confirm whether the ticket is booked?, as suggested in the SMS, the "Booked History" table did not get updated.
