By mistake i put the gender male instead of femail and ticket was booked, as I realised i dint find any options to edit or correct that mistake, called up customer care and she says rebook it. What about the cost incurred in cancelling and rebooking it?
It's sill and dissappointing, for minor mistakes such as gender and age there has to be some correction options for a limited period of hours after the booking has Been done.
And the customer care lady has no manners whatsoever, on how to talk and solve the issue. I know they have limited authority but they need to learn MANNERS,
