Irctc — Ticket booking problem

I AM UNABLE TO BOOK THE TICKET ON IRCTC. The message which is appearing on the Home of irctc is as follows:

Booking transaction ID Booking Status
[protected] Not Booked

I am facing this problem since last two days. I need to book the ticket as it is urgent. But i am unable to do so.

Kindly resolve this problem.
