[Resolved]  Irctc — Toilets not cleaned in Hapa Jat express

This is to bring to your notice that my pnr no[protected] travelling from Baroda to Ambala cantt on 1st Oct 2014 the toilets were in filthy conditions they were not cleaned till the time we boarded on the train from Baroda till we got off the train in Ambala also there was no cleaner on the train when I brought this to the notice of the TT I was told till will be done I waited patiently but this didn't happen when I asked for a complaint book he refused to give it to me saying that it was in his bag. When we are paying the fares it the duty of the railways at least to provide with clean toilets on the train.
