Irctc — Train cancel on dated 28/05/2015 lichchvi exp. But amount not refund in my account

I book tarin ticket for lichchvi exp anand vihar to salempur on dated 28/05/2015
Pnr no-[protected] but tarin cancel on this date. I contact to enquery counter of anand vihar terminal. Enqery officer told me your refund amount automatic return in your account.
So i not cancel my ticket befoe 72 hrs. My refund amount not receive till dated
Please register complaint for refund amount in my account as soon as possible. In this time irctc refuse for amount refund
