Train#19225 didn't come to Amritsar station on 29th March and i had booked a ticket with 6 persons(whole family) from Amritsar to Jammu with PNR#[protected], Transaction ID#[protected]. Train was supposed to reach Amritsar station at 1 AM and at last moment i came to know that train has changed her route from Jalandhar. at last i had to arrange a taxi from Amritsar to Jammu. Now IRCTC is saying i can't file TDR as time had expired. upon calling irctc customer care nobody is picking my call. while e-mailing i'm getting negative response from irctc. now, can anybody tell me if i can get justice.
