Dear Sir/ Madam, I was booked one ticket from Bundi to Ballabgarh but boarding from Kota... Due to Gujjar riot train was cancel. On kota station, enquiry counter has infrom Mewar exp cancel plz get the refund from window. But my ticket was booked online so i am not able to get the refund on that day.
