Hi i booked train ticket from irctc app which took the payment from my account through your payment method but i have not received my ticket travelling date is on 5th of aug and booking date is of today. I booked a ticket On 19th July in NDLS SDAH Duronto Express. The PNR No.is [protected]. I cancelled the ticket but the money was not refunded to my bank account. Please check it and do the needful so that my amount gets credited. It has been quite a few days that is why I'm approaching to you.
