Irctc — Train ticket booking was failed but amount was not refunded

Dear Sir, I did a ticket booking from Bangalore to Nandyal on 13Nov13 for the Journey on 15Dec13 .My amount got debited from the bank but when I saw the status in IRCTC the ticket booking was showing as failed. But the amount was not credited to my account .Status was showing amount refunded on 15Nov13 but I didn't receive my amount. Please take it as a serious concern .Otherwise people may lose faith on the IRCTC website.
