Irctc — train tickets were not generated but money was twice deducted from my sbi savings acct-refund for both times requested

Sir, I booked train tkts from vijayawada to secunderabad for 13.4.2014 night special train with txn nos.[protected] &[protected] and both times an amount of Rs.322.49/- was deducted from my sbi savings acct.A total of Rs.644.84/-was deducted from my acct.and both times tickets were not generated into my irctc acct.Therefore pl.refund my amount immediately.
