Hi Please note that vide Transaction ID : [protected] being departed from Tatanagar to Patna on 20th January 2015, the said train have been cancelled by Railway. Self have tried to cancelled the said ticket, but failed to do so. Thereafter, after confirmation from customer care department due to 'cancellation option' have not been functional, we have done TDR on[protected] in midnight. As per customer care confirmation, the said refund amount will be transfer to my account with 6 to 7 working days. But till date the said have been refunded back.
