Irctc — Unable to book premium tatkal

Hi Sir, I was unable to book premium tatkal tickets this morning, as it always shows not available. I booked a premium ticket comfortably last month. I checked for multiple trains, but everywhere it shows not available. May I know the reason why there are no tickets available on premium tatkal and that on such a festival season like Sankranti? It is really urgent. It would be great if you can get it resoved ASAP so that I can book premium tatkal tickets soon. My preferred train - 12511 Rapti Sagar express BPQ to QLN

Also, now Axis bank is not coming in payment option. Why so? An image is attached for reference.

We already now how pathetic are the services given by Indian railways. No need to give such additional proofs. Its been already a day and I have not received even a single response from the authorities. I request the officials to please wake from your sleep and start finding some time to work.
