Irctc — unable to cancel ticket due to your system failure | |||
Hi IRCTC I had booked a ticket from Koaa to Njp for the 29 the March 2015 with scheduled departure at 20:45. I missed my train and wanted to cancel the ticket to get the refund. The station master said that since the cancellation counter had closed we will get the refund on the next day after 6am In the online portal it showwd the ssystem is down due to system update.
