Irctc — Used bed rolls are served in mussoorie express (14042) !!!

Hi, Today(8th May 2015) I am travelling from Dehradun to Delhi by Mussoorie Express (14042). Its very disgraceful to observe that, used bed rolls and blankets are served. I don't know, whether it is practiced regularly or sometimes like today. But whatever it is, its not acceptable at all. Kindly take strict necessary action against the concerned authority, as it is completely related to the hygiene of the passengers. Regards, Vinit Raj PNR:- [protected]

I'm travelling in mussoorie express 14041(train no) from Delhi to dehradun and it's a big shame that they didn't gave us bed sheet nor a blanket and people are shivering and there are some kids travelling with their family I feel pity for them seeing them in this situation and even after complaining they didn't bother to give us blankets and bed sheets
