[Resolved] Irctc — V Bad condition of AC coaches/Mouse found

I am Shashank Agarwal and was was travelling from Banda to LTT in Tulsi Express(Train No- 11070), PNR No- [protected] on 18th August, 2014(attaching the proof for your reference).
I found the condition of my Third AC coach worse than ever. Following weremy concerns:
- There were mice in the compartment. I am attaching a photo proof for the same. I brought the issue to notice of
cleanliness contractor(A2Z) but they came with some spray
- No soap was present in both the bathroom and the the washbasin near the door. I am attaching a proof for the same
- Inspite of being a 3rd AC coach, it was being appearing to be a general coach with people sleeping on the floor. I brought this to concerned TTE who was travelling from Allahabad to Bhopal but he was least worried about the number o[censored]nauthorized people in the coach
I was disgusted at the way the coach was being maintained. There has been a hike of 14% which I was happy to pay but inspite of this, I am completely disappointed. If this is the situation ever after loud promises by our Railway Minister, I fear what is the future.
My only request is to take strictest actions against the defaulters in order to set an example that India Railways is truly the NEAT and CLEAN lifeline of nation.
